Music at Twain

Hello! My name is Miss Rebecca Weisenritter, and I am excited to join the teaching team at Twain this year. If you have questions please email me anytime at RAWeisenritter@cps.edu.

  • The students in K-2 are learning about steady beat, singing, dancing, rhythm, and playing classroom instruments.

  • 3rd and 4th grade students are strengthening their music reading skills by playing classroom instruments while reading music each class.

  • 5th grade students in Specials Groups A and B (the Cadet Band) are beginning their band instruction. STUDENTS IN GROUPS A AND B MUST BRING THEIR BOOK, A PENCIL, AND INSTRUMENT TO EVERY CLASS.
