Honor Roll Requirements

1. Honor Roll is now A's & B's
2. All A’s in the five major subjects
3. No less than ‘B’ in all other subjects
4. Good conduct

 Principal’s List Requirements

1. Principal's List is now all A's
2. Good conduct

Grade Equivalents

A 90-100
B 80-89
C 70-79
D 60-69
F 0 - 59

AWARDS: 

Each time a student in grades 3-8 makes the Honor Roll or Principal’s List his/her name or picture will be placed on display in the first floor hall and/or written in the school newsletter.  Each student will also receive a ribbon; white for Honor Roll and red for Principal’s List.  Other awards are given to these students each quarter as resources and availability permit (i.e. passes to special events, discount coupons, Sox tickets, etc.) 
At the end of the school year, students who maintain a final average grade of ‘A’ will receive an Honor Roll trophy and students who maintain a final average grade of ‘B’ will receive a Principal’s List trophy.  In general, a student must have good conduct and have earned honor roll or principal’s list at least 3 quarters to qualify.  Please note: Grades must be calculated without modifications to earn Honor Roll or Principal’s List status.
